I joined the C&C team in August 2024, bringing with me over 30 years of management experience in the retail and wholesale sector. Outside of work, most of my spare time is spent with family, especially my two grandsons who keep me on my toes! When I do get a moment to myself, I enjoy walking across the South Downs with my dog Ruby, or—perhaps less relaxing—watching Brighton & Hove Albion with my son.

I've managed E-comm and retail shutter businesses in my time, allowing me to draw on a broad range of experience. My interest is in incorporating great design into daily life, having worked alongside makers and designers as well as my own painting practice. I love discovering new places and meeting new people so I look forward to supporting you in building your brand. Outside of work you can find me with a coffee and a croissant on the seafront!

I've got extensive experience in plantation shutters retail sales, training, and installations. I recently moved over to C&C from a previous role as a Regional Manager to 30+ Shutter Specialists. With a strong background in customer engagement and market growth, I'm dedicated to building lasting relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Outside of work, I'm an avid football fan, dog walker & keen runner (when my knees allow it!)

From London, I moved to sunny (and often windy) Brighton 13 years ago. I've been working in the shutter industry for almost a decade, focusing on the trade for 6 years. As a father to two beautiful kids, my main hobby is running to and fro... or attending the odd Arsenal match!

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the mats practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu, because whether it's shutters or any challenge, I’m always ready to tackle it head-on.

I’ve worked within the shutter industry for 20+ years, with 17 years in trade and seen the terrific growth the market has gone through whilst working alongside some of the industry's biggest players. I specialise in product development and category management. In my spare time, I enjoy kayaking, long countryside walks, exploring new places and watching pretty much any type of sport available.

I’m the Strategic Brand Manager for C&C Trade Shutters, bringing over 25 years of marketing experience across a variety of industries. I joined the TCMM Shutter Group in January 2025 and now focus on driving the brand strategy and growth of C&C Trade. Outside of work, I love hiking and spending time with family and friends.

I'm a CRM and email marketing specialist, with a background covering e-commerce, retail, b2b, and I also have spent time in the experiences and hospitality industries. Outside of work I enjoy cycling, music, playing guitar, hiking and attending art exhibitions.

I've been working in the shutter industry for 8 years, and in marketing for the last 4. My main focus is social media, while lending a hand with email, and website upkeep. Outside of work I enjoy concerts, reading, guitar, gaming, pottery, and the occasional high-scoring round of golf.

I've been working in the shutter industry for over 6 years now, and I have years of experience working in IT. One of the biggest project I've worked on recently was our industry-leading portal, which I'm very proud of. When I'm not in work I'll either be travelling, spending time with friends, or entering regional chess tournaments.
