I joined the C&C team in August 2024, bringing with me over 30 years of management experience in the retail and wholesale sector. Outside of work, most of my spare time is spent with family, especially my two grandsons who keep me on my toes! When I do get a moment to myself, I enjoy walking across the South Downs with my dog Ruby, or—perhaps less relaxing—watching Brighton & Hove Albion with my son.

I’ve worked in the window coverings industry for 33 years, including 20 years specialising in shutters, giving me a wealth of experience and knowledge of the trade. Outside of work, I enjoy all types of DIY, running, football, cricket and gardening, as well as socialising with friends and family. I’ve been married for 25 years and have two daughters, Ruby and Betty, plus our Jack Russell, Woody. One of my proudest achievements was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Cancer Research, an experience I’ll never forget.

With more than 25 years of experience in the window treatment industry, I’ve built my career around a real understanding of products, installation and the needs of customers. I started out as a joiner, working on some of Bath’s best-known landmarks, including the Roman Baths and Assembly Rooms, before going on to run my own property maintenance business. I joined C&C Trade Shutters in June 2026, bringing that hands-on experience and industry knowledge to the team. Outside of work, I enjoy local rugby, getting out on my motorbike, trips to the theatre and spending time with my family – including my much-loved (and very old!) dog.

From London, I moved to sunny (and often windy) Brighton 13 years ago. I've been working in the shutter industry for almost a decade, focusing on the trade for 6 years. As a father to two beautiful kids, my main hobby is running to and fro... or attending the odd Arsenal match!

As the customer experience executive, I’m passionate about helping trade professionals find the right solutions. With 7 years in the shutter industry, I’m here to guide you from enquiry to order and beyond, ensuring a smooth, straightforward process. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the mats practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu, because whether it's shutters or any challenge, I’m always ready to tackle it head-on.

I joined C&C as Logistics Coordinator after seven years working in logistics in the US and completing my MSc in Supply Chain Management. I work closely with our external couriers and internal teams to keep orders on track and everything running smoothly. My experience and supply chain background help me find solutions, streamline processes and make sure we deliver the best possible service to our customers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring the city on foot and watching horror movies with my cat, the brilliantly named JuJu Eyeballs.

I’m the Brand Marketing Manager for C&C Trade Shutters, bringing over 25 years of marketing experience across a variety of industries. I joined the TCMM Shutter Group in January 2025 and now focus on driving the brand strategy and growth of C&C Trade. Outside of work, I love hiking and spending time with family and friends.

I've been working in the shutter industry for over 6 years now, and I have years of experience working in IT. One of the biggest project I've worked on recently was our industry-leading portal, which I'm very proud of. When I'm not in work I'll either be travelling, spending time with friends, or entering regional chess tournaments.
