Eligibility
1.1 The Referral Programme is open to existing approved C&C Trade Shutters account holders (“Referrer”).
1.2 The referred business (“Referee”) must be a new trade customer who has not previously held a C&C Trade Shutters account.
1.3 The Referee must apply using a valid referral link provided by the Referrer.
1.4 C&C Trade Shutters reserves the right to approve or decline any trade account application at its discretion.
Referral Reward – New Customer
2.1 The Referee will receive £500 credit to use on their first order once their trade account has been approved.
2.2 The £500 credit:
- Is non-transferable
- Is nonrefundable
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Can only be applied to the Referee’s first order
2.3 The credit must be used within 3 months of account approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Long-Term Loyalty Reward
3.1 When the Referee reaches £20,000 (ex VAT) in cumulative spend within 12 months of their first order, both the Referrer and Referee will receive £1,000 C&C account credit.
3.2 Spend is calculated on invoiced and paid orders only.
3.3 Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value and nonrefundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used within 6 months of issue
3.4 C&C Trade Shutters will notify both parties once the spend threshold has been reached.
Referral Conditions
4.1 Self-referrals are not permitted.
4.2 Referrals must represent genuine independent trade businesses.
4.3 The Referrer must have an active and compliant trade account at the time rewards are issued.
4.4 Only one Referrer can be associated with each new account.
4.5 Referral links must not be published on discount websites, public forums, paid ads or used for mass promotion.
Programme Administration
5.1 C&C Trade Shutters will track referrals and spend internally.
5.2 No forms or manual claims are required from the Referrer.
5.3 In the event of dispute, C&C Trade Shutters’ decision is final.
General
6.1 C&C Trade Shutters reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any abuse, misuse or fraudulent activity will result in removal from the programme and potential account review.
6.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
